Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Content Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our AI-powered marketing content platform.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, work email address, and role within your team. We also collect the content you submit to Content Studio, including source material, brand voice guidelines, generated blog posts, emails, social posts and ad copy, as well as comments, approval notes and version history.

We automatically record basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate activity times so that we can keep the service reliable and improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the service: generating channel-specific content, applying your brand voices, managing review and approval workflows, showing analytics, and keeping an activity log for your team.

We also use it to secure accounts, diagnose problems, provide support, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell your personal information or your content.

AI-generated content and your source material

Source material and brand voice settings you provide are processed by AI models in order to produce the content you request. Your content is used only to deliver results to your workspace and is not used to build marketing profiles or shared with other customers.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. Content Studio provides suggestions and does not guarantee accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with trusted providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, analytics and AI processing providers, and only to the extent needed to perform those services. When you connect an integration, content you choose to publish is sent to that destination at your direction.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the service.

Data retention and security

We keep your account information and workspace content for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls based on team roles, and regular reviews of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile details, export your content as CSV, and delete content you have created. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, contact your workspace administrator or the support contact listed in your account (or email contact@company.com), and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as whether you have completed the product tour. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify workspace members through the app or by email before the changes take effect.
