Accessibility Statement

We want every member of your team to create, review and publish marketing content with confidence. This statement describes how we approach accessibility in Content Studio.

Our commitment

Content Studio is committed to making our content generation platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the application.

What we do

We use semantic page structure with a single main heading per page and ordered section headings, so assistive technologies can navigate content logically. Interactive controls are reachable by keyboard and provide visible focus states.

We design text and interface elements to meet minimum color contrast ratios, avoid conveying information by color alone (status badges include icons and labels), and keep layouts responsive from mobile screens to large desktop displays.

Known limitations

Some data visualizations, including the dot-based trend and channel charts, are primarily visual. The underlying figures are also shown as text values and totals, but we are working to provide richer text alternatives.

Generated marketing content depends on the source material you provide. Please review it for plain language, meaningful link text and image descriptions before publishing.

Compatibility

Content Studio is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, together with common screen readers and browser zoom up to 200 percent.

Feedback and support

If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, please contact your workspace administrator or the support contact listed in your account, or email contact@company.com. Describe the page and the problem you experienced, and we will work to resolve it and respond within a reasonable time.
